Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our pieces, We are unable to issue refunds or returns. If an item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of arrival for a replacement or refund.
Items are to be returned within 7 days of their arrival for a refund or store credit.
Conditions:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original packaging. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition here
Refunds:
Returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds for online card payments can 7-14 business days to reflect on your credit card account.
